Fire safe fabrics Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

So I am making a dress involving lots of fringing, to be worn while fire dancing. I would like not go end up on fire, or with bits of melted fabric stuck to my charred skin. Is there an option that isn’t leather? I suspect cottons and jerseys to be too flamable for fringing, even with fireproofing on them. Anyone got any other ideas? It doesn’t have to be a natural fiber, as long as it is fire safe to at least the same level as leather.
