Dress pattern that works with printed cotton? Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

St. Paddy’s Day is coming up, and I have a bunch of quilting cotton printed with shamrocks that would make a cute dress. But I know that printed cotton doesn’t have the same give and flow as apparel fabric. Does anyone know of any dress patterns that would work with printed cotton? Preferably plus size, but I can make a regular pattern work. Thanks!
