Dress form information. Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

I was wondering if anyone knows of a dress form I could purchase that adjusts length as well as width. I am a bit short from my shoulder to bust area and in the arch of my back. I see a ton of dress forms that adjust length in the waist only but not around the shoulder and bust area. I guess I am looking for a fully adjustable dress form that I can change for different sizes (maybe for my mom and I to share) that can adjust a bit more precisely than a standard one I see at fabric land.
