Design and Sewing Workshops Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

I’m just wondering if anyone has recommendations for good weekend workshops anywhere in the US?

I’ve been sewing clothing for almost two decades so I’m experienced but I’d like to start trying to find workshops to continue learning and meeting others.

I’ve found a lot of quilting clubs in my area and classes geared towards new/beginners (e.g. how to sew a pillow), but the types of workshops I’m hoping to find would ideally be hands on, designing and crafting garments.

Has anyone heard of these types of things?
