Bit of a weird question: anyone use tea bag paper for p Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

I’m working on a couple of cosplay projects for the summer that need some custom patterning, and I’m planning to use the roll or so of tea bag paper that my mom has leftover from when my grandpa worked at Dexter Paper in CT (flexible, easy to shape, pinnable– I’ve worked with this stuff before on custom patterns and I find it easier than usual pattern paper.) I don’t want to exhaust her supply after this, since I know they use it for other things, and I’d like to make sure I have somewhere to buy it from when I need it again.

I’ve found rolls for sale on Alibaba but I’ve always been a bit wary of using them. Does anyone else use this stuff and know of anywhere domestic (US) or just a bit less sketchy that I can get a good amount of this stuff from for future use?
