Best tool for making marks on stretch material. Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

Hi there, I was wondering you seamsters and seamstresses had any reco’s for a good tool for making tailor and pattern marks on stretch fabric.

But I don’t like the way it works, it skips too much and the powder doesn’t come out consistently.
I’ve been using the Mark Be Gone marker (as seen at the top of this image) http://bit.ly/1KQsD80 and it’s not so bad but I would love to hear if you’ve found some miracle product that makes nice clean lines on stretch fabric.
