Any ideas how to make my socks non-slip for my sandals? Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

I want to wear socks with my sandals but they are too slippery. I tried applying silicone glue (silnet, the stuff you use to seam seal tents) to the bottoms but that makes my feet feel cold and clammy. I bought some tabi socks that have non-slip dots on the soles and that works well so I’m wondering if I can somehow apply the same kind of non-slip dots to my other socks. Is there any kind of fabric with non-slip dots that I could purchase and sew to the bottom?
