Any experience installing a Juki Industrial? Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

I just bought myself an industrial sewing machine for Christmas. It’s a Juki DDl-8700-7 model. I have no experience with actually installing industrials and the manual is very vague and leaves much to be desired.

I’m stuck on installing the bobbin winder. Have I gotten the positioning correct? The metal ‘wheel’ inside of the plastic protector is touching the belt. I’m assuming I need to drill holes into my table to get the bobbin winder bolted down.

Can someone here with industrial sewing machine experience point me in the right direction? Is the positioning of the bobbin winder correct?
