She’s been using an ancient sewing machine that was passed down to her for a few yrs. It’s finally crashing and she’s looking to buy a new one. She wants one that can sew light and heavy fabric, such as stretchy material like underarmour, canvass, home decor, jeans, etc. One that’s computerized, has extra feet/accessories, custom stich feature.. I think the extra feet is really important to her, and most of all she wants it to last. She’s been looking into the brother cs600i, janome dc2015, and janome Kenmore 19606 (all recommend by local sewing shop). Seems like there’s a lot more options but she can’t decide or figure out where to look.
Would like to stay under $450, willing to buy used also.
Any recommendations I can give her?
Much appreciated!
