Has anyone had experience with Butterick printable patt Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

I can’t get them to respond to my contact form (they said it was the fastest turnaround time, psh), Twitter, or Facebook response. Mind you, this wasn’t all at once. I gave them several hours between each media outlet to respond.

I ordered the printable pattern, and they still haven’t sent me instructions as to how I’m supposed to print it. Does anyone know the turnaround time for a printable pattern? I thought it would be an immediate kind of thing, but apparently not.
