Anyone have experience sewing with "TPU" fabr Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

I’d like to make a transparent, vintage-styled rain coat (this is my inspiration, so cool!) and during my search for fabrics I’ve come across this transparent TPU fabric which looks to be a soft, transparent plastic-type fabric..

I’m wondering if anyone has any experience sewing with this stuff, or something similar, and if there is anything I’d need to be aware of/special equipment (specialty needles?) or anything I will need.
