Uses for unbleached cotton? (fabricville 40% off today Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

So I’m trying to decide if I need this or not… 20 metres for only $72 – what a deal! But… What do I use it for?! I understand it can be dyed but the description says to use it for crafts, drop cloths, or garment mockups… Is this material not what I think it is? Is this muslin?
