[Question – MakeMyPattern.com Singular Shirt] Can you h Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

I am using a cuff placket from MakeMyPattern.com, but the documentation unfortunately ends before explaining how to fold the cuff placket on the sleeve. Can anyone provide insight? Here’s a picture of the pattern piece, including what I assume are fold lines. this is unlike any other placket I’ve found online, so I figured I’d just ask. Otherwise I may just make a placket like all the ones I’ve found online.
