Dress patterns with knit bodices and woven skirts? Or s Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

Besides Cashmerette's now-famous Washington dress, are there other good patterns out there with knit bodices and woven skirts? (Especially in larger sizes.)

In my RTW wardrobe, I have almost exclusively dresses with knit bodices. They tend to be tank top style bodices, a full woven skirt, and sometimes a wide exposed elastic waistband.

Should I try drafting something together from other patterns (basically Frankensteining a knit bodice pattern onto a woven skirt pattern), or just convert a woven dress pattern into knit? Or something else?
