Pattern recommendations for fitted dresses with sleeves Sewing Machines Parts and Sales in Los Angeles

Does anyone have a pattern recommendation for the dresses on the mikarose website? I’m specifically looking for dress patterns that have sleeves. My sewing machine can only really sew on non-stretch material, so I’d likely sew it with cotton or cotton polyester blend with a light lining and perhaps make some modifications and put in a gusset in the arm pit area? All that patterns that I’m finding that is fitted is sleeveless and the dresses that have sleeves are super baggy. Not quite ready for drafting my own dress yet.
